Basic Types of Hyperlink

This article deals with the basic classification of the links. Links can be divided into many categories and types, and basic knowledge of what each category is important. This article does not go to a great extent on the strategies of real linkage, since it is a broader issue.

Reciprocal Links

Reciprocal linking is a classic and very common type of link. Also known sometimes as the linking of two ways, it is basically the process of linking trade with other webmasters. Is the idea of "You link to me, and link with you." Often, you will see web sites with a 'links' on your page somewhere, often buried somewhere at the bottom. These pages are filled with various links to other sites that they expect something of the kind in common with the site you're visiting.

Reciprocal links are lagging a bit out of fashion lately in a way links, which are considered more powerful and require less maintenance. It is believed that search engines recognize the links that are reciprocal relations and give a little less weight than if only one way inbound links. Another problem with reciprocal links is that once you setup a reciprocal link with another webmaster, you have to go back to your site from time to time to check and make sure your relationship is in fact still there. In general it is a powerful way to get links, but should not be overlooked.

Outbound Links

One way links are the links to your site but the links are different from each other and have an outgoing link to the site with links back to you. For example, if you throw me a link to the homepage of Google, a link to Google. This is not to put a link on your homepage back to here, although it would not be right! This is essentially the most basic type of linkage, but may also be the most powerful.

When search engines go through someone's site and see a link to your website that give weight to your site. When they see that are not directly linked to the linked page has no relationship agreement, give more weight as a link. It is assumed that someone of his own free will associated with its contents, and do not require a link to them to do so. If so, their content must be of high quality. Because the links are so powerful, and require no maintenance, most linking strategies out there today are focused on a link in some way.

Three way links

Three way links are a variation of reciprocal links. However, instead of "You link to my site, link to support the idea, the correct term would be" I link to my site, a link to a site different from mine. "It's basically a link to each other, but their liaison is a place in the 3rd place.

It is believed that search engines do not care much for the special three-way linkage. The idea is that you may be trying to fool search engines into thinking you're getting a link in some way, when in fact a reciprocal link in disguise. One use of the three-way relationship that is common is that when you have 2 very popular sites, and brand new. The idea is that "I link to your new, very unpopular in my website, and instead of returning to my new site that is not as popular. Let me give you a link to one of my other popular sites so you can get one too best weight for search engines. "Three way linking is quite common, but I do not and I would not recommend it.

Establish appropriate guidelines for text links

Let me explain what I mean about creating proper link text. Text link only that, the text of the link is made. I am sure you have links to "Continue" on numerous occasions in his travels. Although as a text link that will not prevent the search engines or people who go to these links, which definitely does not help the search engines with the idea of what the linked page.

What about them?

What's wrong is that the links do not describe the reality that link to pages. When the search engines that can reach in your tracking link, which will assume the destination is the link leads to a theme called 'Click here'. While modern search engines are smart enough to avoid this and still contains the destination page is about, the relationship is clearly a missed opportunity!

Why is that?

It is important because the link in the eyes of search engines has given weight to the phrase "Click here" page for their sites. The search engine then realizes that 'here' is not correct and most likely only excludes the expression of the weighting. So at the end of the credit for the link, but not any of the words in the link. You could have loaded up the link with some good words instead juicy!

The best examples

A link to this article might be something like 'Creating Good Link Text. "That basically sums up what this is content. I used the link text to describe what the topic of this page. A good rule of thumb is to create a text link that is between 1-4 words that best describe what your page is about. The search engines give weight to this page for the term "create a text link" and I can not imagine someone write the exact phrase into a search engine. So from my web site which is related to the exact length, this page is more likely to appear in the search rankings high!

Latest

One thing we want to avoid is to use exactly the same link text again and again to a specific page. This means that if I were to go and send this page to a lot of link directories, asked people to link to this page, or linked to this page some of my other websites. I do not want to keep using the phrase "creating a good 'again and again. A better idea would be to mix with different variations. For example, you could use the link text', 'link name', 'Name strategies link 'or other similar names that says the same thing, but used different words.

Has covered the basics in text link? Then make sure to do a research on the linkage of the more advanced topics, including advice on the placement of the link text, the number of links to a page, and what to do when you have to use a name that link (eg blogs).

Could be time for a new HRIS?

There is a very good chance that your company has been using the same Information System Human Resource for years. Certainly something to say about the family, reliable software - but more than six-speed bicycle boy finally gave way to a first car, an update of HR information you can give your company the freedom and the processes or I knew he was gone. While your existing application could feel comfortable and stable, it may be time to abandon the old status quo and update your organization with improved capabilities offered by new technologies HRIS.

But how to start your business HRIS to decide what is right for you? Taking into account the following 10 points to help point in the right direction. If any of these seem characteristic of your current system, which is probably a delay of a new HRIS.

1. You can not send the company. No doubt your company has a long transition to e-mail to a large extent, since it is a terrifically versatile and effective exchange of information. It is logical that the reports of your company human resources must be sent by email, too. This not only saves on printing costs and cut the hand delivery of discomfort, but also allows digital copies to be kept supporting each criterion.

2. Still fighting for the software maze. Absurd as it may seem, many companies may be the same for a solid decade and HRIS still do not understand the subtleties - or even some of the basic raw! - Since its implementation. If your software has long remained the news is probably the curves of time to find a new system. A PhD is not necessary for the navigation software and offshore, and with a clear, easy to use interface can make your work easier and more enjoyable.

3. Everything is open sesame. It's risky if your business does not allow substantial HRIS password protection. Your employees should not have to use your password to view their information, and no one must know the password but you. HRIS should provide for each employee to access their own information to see their own data, and nothing else - this will avoid the possibility of errors, confusion, and "missing" data.

4. Employees have the ability to change data. If you want your employees to change their data or not, better to have special permits to do so. Employees to rein in the data systems may not seem like a big deal at first, but just thinking about how someone could easily pop in and change their vacation time and sick. The power to change and adjust the data with caution should be kept narrow.

5. Your company has a unique role in the business world. There is no reason to print all your business - in fact, your company probably is not so much the feeling of all. Countless organizations are seeking ways to reduce costs, and the company on paper is probably one of the best measures of a company can take. HRIS software is almost exclusively a recent document, and now the purchase can save you valuable money on the road.

6. You are a secretary, provided that you are a human resources manager. With a lot of real responsibilities on your plate, do you think your work must monitor employee calls and emails asking for time off? Every HR department must have an automated application software license embedded in human resources, so you can leave out the functions of management as little distraction to the great tasks at hand.

7. Their software is so slow, it's running backwards. As your company grows and changes, your employee database inevitably grows and changes, too. Software that can support this development is of paramount importance for the success of your company, and an HRIS are well suited to your company's individual needs only to improve the way your company can develop.

8. Their software is similar to the original Mario Bros. Basically, if your human resources software has not been updated in years - it should be. Technology from 1995 just can not keep pace with the rapid development of features and capabilities of modern software, and if you're working with an outdated, then what is missing in the biggest and best developments that have arrived.

9. You can count on its software features in both hands. Once again, technological changes in recent years - especially in recent years - has opened up countless avenues to explore human resources. No longer should the choice of an HRIS that is compromising the needs of businesses, not when so many new and different processes have been possible. If the application does not cover at least 80% of their needs, move - there will be a system out there that can be adapted to work for you.

10. You are jumping through hoops to obtain technical assistance. One of the most important keys to optimizing your HRIS sure the company you choose is competent and the support available. If you need help with fixing corrupted data, retrieve a file, or simply transfer data from one server to another should not be left to fend for yourself. Technical support should always be more than happy to help.

If any of these problems are similar to those suffering the system, then it's time to start to look like the scope of a new software package. Remember, in collaboration with its Information System Human Resources should not be a constant battle. The purpose of an HRIS is to make your job streamlined, efficient, and generally a little easier - so do yourself a favor and HRIS to choose the most suitable for you.
